Josh Kroll

Adoption Subsidy Resource Center Program Manager

For 20 years, Josh Kroll has helped US and Canadian families navigate and fully utilize Adoption Assistance and the federal Adoption Tax Credit for 28 years. Josh is also a powerful advocate working to improve state and provincial subsidy programs. In 2012, he was an Angel in Adoption for his tax credit work, and he served 5 years as the Region 5 advisor for the National Foster Parent Association.
