Mr. Strong is the Executive Director of Strong Training and Consulting, LLC, providing national training and consulting in child welfare, focused on family engagement, youth voice, and permanency. Mr. Strong is a motivational speaker and a committed advocate for children and families. He has dedicated his career to improving the outcomes of children, youth, and families involved in the child welfare system.
